AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments, including automation, tooling, and incident management.

You will maintain observability dashboards, onboard new clients, and build automation to reduce manual toil while ensuring reliability and scalable performance. The role offers flexible scheduling and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes production operations (4+ years).
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across clouds.
• Manage incidents end-to-end with RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Develop automation and diagnostic tooling.
• Onboard new clients to the platform.
• Improve processes and keep components up to date.
• Monitor capacity and scale the platform.
