AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, including automation, tooling, and incident management.

You will maintain Kubernetes in production, implement observability, manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and build automation to scale the platform for Fortune 500 and startup customers. This role may include remote/office options with flextime and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes production experience (4+ years).
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems end-to-end.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts and up-to-date runbooks.
