AgileEngine, LLC. seeks an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, including automation and incident management.

You will use observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts, manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and build automation to reduce manual work while scaling with demand. Formación

• Must have hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Confident debugging of complex systems end-to-end.
• Experience with public cloud providers (Azure/AWS).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts and up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents from end-to-end, including RCAs and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to cut manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity so the platform scales with demand.
