Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. The role involves automation, tooling, and incident management in a dynamic, people-focused company.

You will work on production Kubernetes, observe and resolve incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and drive platform automation and capacity planning for scalable performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes production experience (4+ years).
• Strong Linux/CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS).
• Ability to debug complex systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across clouds.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts.
• Manage incidents from end-to-end including post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
