Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field.

Job Description

Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues. Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans. Oversee the online enrollment process. Process events in PeopleSoft. Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment. Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including: Open enrollment processes Entering elections into the system Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.
