Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Splunk to work remotely within Colombia. You will partner with Account Executives to run discovery, design solutions, and validate architectures for enterprise customers, enabling ROI through compelling demos and PoCs.

You’ll collaborate across product, channel, and engineering teams, translating customer needs into scalable Splunk‑based architectures while advancing deal closure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical pre‑sales or related roles or a Master’s/PhD with 3+ years.
• 3+ years translating business requirements into technical architectures.
• 2+ years delivering live demos, PoCs, or customer evaluations.
• Experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or observability.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/EE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design with Account Executives.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build PoCs to validate feasibility and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with product specialists, partners, and engineering.
• Provide field feedback to expand account penetration.
