Job summary

Cisco is hiring a Solutions Engineer - Splunk to partner with Account Executives and enterprise customers, guiding them through discovery, solution design, and technical validation. This remote role can be performed from anywhere in Colombia and requires fluency in English and Spanish, enabling effective engagement with global customers.

You will deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs to prove value and accelerate deals, while collaborating with product specialists,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years translating customer requirements into technical architectures in enterprise IT environments.
• 2+ years delivering live demos, PoCs, or customer evaluations.
• Experience in networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or observability/data analytics.
• Bachelor or equivalent in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation with Account Executives.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and hands-on product demos showing ROI.
• Build and execute PoCs to validate feasibility, displace competitors, and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering to provide field feedback and expand account penetration.
