Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Splunk to support enterprise customers remotely across Colombia. You will partner with Account Executives to design architectures, present demonstrations, and run PoCs that show tangible business ROI.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will collaborate across product, engineering, and channels to drive adoption and growth. Experience in networking, cybersecurity, cloud infra, or observability software is essential, with a strong focus on customer outcomes

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of technical pre-sales/solutions engineering (or Master’s +3 years/PhD).
Minimum 3 years translating customer requirements into technical architectures in enterprise IT.
Minimum 2 years delivering live software demonstrations, PoCs or customer evaluations.
Professional experience supporting enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or observability/data analytics solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/EE or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation with Account Executives across enterprise accounts.
Deliver engaging technical presentations, whiteboarding, and product demonstrations illustrating business outcomes and ROI.
Build and execute PoCs to validate feasibility, displace competitors, and accelerate deals.
Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering teams for field feedback and account expansion.
