Zusammenfassung

Cisco's Solutions Engineering team seeks a Solutions Engineer for Splunk, remote in Colombia. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. You will partner with Account Executives to craft technical discovery, architecture validations, and dynamic demos that demonstrate ROI.

You will build PoCs, address customer requirements with scalable designs, and collaborate with product specialists and partners to expand account penetration across enterprise customers.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting (or Master's degree plus 3 years / PhD).
• Minimum 3 years translating customer requirements into technical architectures in enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum 2 years delivering live software demonstrations, PoCs, or customer evaluations.
• Experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or observability/data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EE or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation with Account Executives.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboarding, and product demonstrations showing business outcomes and ROI.
• Build and execute PoCs to validate feasibility, displacement of competitors, and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering to provide field feedback and expand account penetration.
