Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting (or Masters + 3 years / PhD).
• 3+ years translating customer requirements into technical architectures in enterprise IT.
• 2+ years delivering live demos, PoCs, or customer evaluations.
• Experience with enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infra, or observability/data analytics solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architectural validation with Account Executives.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and live product demonstrations to illustrate ROI.
• Build and run PoC evaluations to validate feasibility and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering teams for field feedback and expanded account penetration.
