Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Splunk to support the sales organization across enterprise accounts from a remote location in Colombia. The role requires strong English and Spanish fluency and deep experience in pre-sales and technical demonstrations.

You will partner with account executives to design architectures, deliver compelling product demos, and run PoCs to prove value and ROI for customers. This is a remote role within Colombia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
• Minimum 3 years translating customer requirements into technical architectures in enterprise IT.
• 2+ years delivering live software demonstrations, PoCs, or customer evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation with Account Executives.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, whiteboarding, and product demonstrations showing business outcomes.
• Build and run PoCs to validate feasibility and accelerate deal closure.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering teams for field feedback.
