Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Social Media Specialist to plan, publish, and analyze our organic content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging formats. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will drive engagement and contribute to monthly content planning.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in social media management, a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, and hands-on experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of platforms, algorithms and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and maintain social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Publish engaging organic content and support ad-hoc TikTok as needed.
• Analyze channel performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and brand teams to align campaigns.
• Use a task management system to meet deliverables and approvals.
• Stay updated on trends and competitor insights to drive engagement.
