Lisinski Law Firm invites a skilled Content Editor to shape video and podcast content across YouTube, social platforms, and paid campaigns, turning raw footage into platform-ready stories.

You will collaborate with Brand, Creative, Social, and Production teams, applying color, sound, and graphics to meet brand standards and project timelines.

A portfolio demonstrating storytelling and audience engagement is essential; 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years of proven work experience video editing or content creation
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement across social platforms
• Familiarity with optimizing assets for Facebook/Instagram paid placements and YouTube pre-roll
• Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and engagement across platforms

Responsabilidades

• Edit long-form and podcast video content into polished videos for YouTube and other platforms
• Enhance footage with audio elements, music, voiceovers, captions, lower thirds, and on-screen graphics
• Apply color correction, color grading, lighting, and contrast adjustments for a consistent on‑brand style
• Create high-impact short-form content, including clips, teasers, vertical videos, and paid-ad assets
• Adapt edits for platform-specific best practices, pacing, hooks, subtitles, and formatting
• Determine and execute strategies for repurposing long-form episodes into multi-channel assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging and storytelling align with goals
• Monitor engagement metrics to refine editing approaches
• Organize and maintain raw footage, audio, and media libraries
