Lisinski Law Firm seeks a Content Editor to shape video content for YouTube, social media, and paid campaigns. You will cut and connect footage, add sound, graphics, and color corrections to deliver polished, platform-ready videos and podcasts.

Collaborating with Brand, Creative, Social, and Production teams, you will repurpose longer episodes into bite-sized assets, optimize for pacing and hooks, and monitor performance to refine storytelling and engagement across channels.

Formación

• 1–3 years of proven work experience in video editing or content creation.
• Strong eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to meet deadlines across multiple deliverables.
• Familiarity with social platforms and paid placements.
• Portfolio demonstrating audience engagement.
• Team collaboration and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and assemble long-form and podcast video content for YouTube and platforms.
• Enhance footage with audio, captions, lower thirds, and on-screen graphics.
• Apply color correction and grading for cinematic, on-brand style.
• Create high-impact short-form content for reels, TikTok, Shorts.
• Adapt edits for platform-specific best practices.
• Repurpose long-form episodes into multi-channel assets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Social, and Production teams.
• Monitor engagement metrics to refine editing approaches.
• Organize and maintain raw footage and media libraries.
