Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Engineering Management or as a Technical Lead.
• Proven expertise in hiring, performance management and people development.
• Strong technical background to lead teams and define strategy.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in Engineering Management or as a Technical Lead.
• Proven expertise in people management, including hiring, performance management, and people development.
• Strong technical background with the ability to lead engineering teams and define technical strategy.
• Experience balancing delivery goals with long-term technical excellence and team growth.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
