GP Strategies Corporation in Colombia is seeking a Service Campaign Engineer to plan, launch, monitor, and report service campaigns across Peru and Chile. Based in Colombia, you will ensure campaigns are executed on time with parts, systems, and dealer communications in place.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance, while maintaining accurate campaign records and providing dealer support.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in after-sales, technical service, warranty, campaigns, or dealer network operations.
• Exposure to campaign management, reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the launch and execution of service campaigns across assigned markets.
• Ensure campaign requirements, documentation, and system configurations are completed prior to launch.
• Activate and manage campaigns through platforms such as GCAMP, PTS, and BullsEye.
• Monitor campaign progress and resolve implementation issues proactively.
