Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for our WMS-focused IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations with technical development, turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

The role demands deep knowledge of WMS configurations, API integrations, and end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualificações

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsabilidades

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
