Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

Responsibilities include owning the backlog, leading API/EDI integration, and driving comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; IT/Supply Chain background acceptable.
Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active WMS is required.
Strong SQL, API integration, and AGILE delivery knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own backlog & requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories.
Lead technical integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate edge cases before UAT.
Be the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
