Auxis LLC is seeking a Voice Engineer to own day-to-day CUCM operations and support for a multi-country voice environment. You will manage MACDs, troubleshoot quality, and assist in migration and decommission tasks with the network team.

Strong experience with SIP, QoS, and trunking, plus ITIL processes and English/Portuguese communication, are required. Domestic travel and after-hours support may be involved.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on voice/UC engineering, including CUCM administration.
• Working knowledge of SIP, RTP, QoS, voice gateways, and SIP trunking.
• Experience executing voice MACDs and troubleshooting voice quality in a multi-site environment.
• Experience with telecom carriers on trunks, circuits, and number porting.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and change management processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English (B2+) and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support of the Cisco CUCM environment and UC services.
• Execute voice MACDs for users, devices, hunt groups, and call flows.
• Troubleshoot voice quality, registration, and connectivity across sites.
• Support phased decommission of legacy CUCM estate and cutover activities.
• Coordinate with carriers on circuits, trunks, and porting for migrations.
• Maintain documentation of voice environment, dial plans, and inventories.
• Collaborate with Network Engineer Lead on voice-impacting changes.
• Support Teams Phone / Direct Routing in scope.
• Participate in after-hours change windows for voice changes.
• Track and report status of voice tickets, projects, and milestones.
