Auxis is seeking an End-Point Engineer Sr. to lead hands-on management of SCCM/MECM and Intune across 11,000+ endpoints in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Peru, and Paraguay as part of the Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services program.

You will configure OS deployments, patching, compliance policies, Autopilot, and drive the co-management migration while mentoring a junior engineer and documenting configurations for ongoing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on endpoint engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with SCCM/MECM including OSD, packaging, and patching.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune including configuration profiles and Autopilot.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for endpoint automation.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) for endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows client OS, drivers, and apps.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the SCCM/MECM environment (collections, deployments, OSD sequences).
• Administer Microsoft Intune: device configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployments, Autopilot.
• Package, test, and deploy applications across managed endpoints with proper documentation.
• Execute endpoint patch management cycles and remediate failures.
• Support migration from SCCM-based management to Intune modern management.
• Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint incidents.
• Develop scripts to automate endpoint management tasks.
• Mentor junior End-Point Engineers on administration and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate endpoint configuration documentation.
• Support large-scale deployments and imaging logistics.
