DFX5 Corporation seeks a senior engineer to build and own a live voice platform, routing calls and relaying media between carrier networks and WebRTC sessions. You will own SIP end-to-end, from trunk to session, in a production environment and work daily in code and packet captures.
You will design and implement scalable provisioning, automation, and observability, mentoring peers and shaping how the team delivers reliable voice services for Latin America clients.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Eng or related field.
- 5+ years building and operating production real-time voice systems.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and containerized environments.
- Proficient in English for technical discussions.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain voice platform services: call routing, media relay, provisioning, and tenant config as code.
- Own SIP trunk architecture, dial plans, SDP, and NAT traversal.
- Implement SIP-TLS and SRTP in production and troubleshoot security/compliance.
- Write automation for provisioning and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop observability: CDR, metrics, alerts, tracing.
- Review others' code and mentor junior engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production voice.
