Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Artist, UI Tech Artist, or VFX Artist with UI/front-end game experience.
• Proven mentoring experience supporting UI artists and visual designers.
• Strong cross-platform planning skills balancing fidelity and performance constraints.
• Advanced Unreal Engine 5 skills including Material Editor, Niagara, and Blueprints.
• Experience with real-time VFX for UI motion and transitions.
• Excellent collaboration to elevate UX/UI designs with technical polish.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Define UI tech art systems, templates, thematics, and principles for forward-looking UI.
• Build polished, highly performant UI art solutions using materials, UMG, animation, FX, lighting, and camera tools in UE4/5.
• Create animated transitions and cinematic camera moves using Sequencer.
• Establish a cohesive motion language across screens and states.
• Plan UI tech art approaches across platforms to balance fidelity and performance.
• Own UI tech art tooling and asset management to improve team efficiency.
• Profile runtime performance and diagnose bottlenecks in UI rendering and effects.
• Mentor UI artists and visual designers through reviews, best practices, and reusable patterns.
