EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead UI Artist to shape the visual identity of interactive digital products. You’ll work with designers and engineers to deliver cohesive UI across platforms, leading a team and producing high-fidelity work in Unreal Engine 5.

Required 5+ years in UI/art, a strong portfolio, and hands-on UE5 with UMG/Slate. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and English (B2+). The role offers global project exposure and healthcare benefits.

• 5+ years as a UI Artist or similar role in gaming.
• At least 1 year of leading and managing teams.
• Strong portfolio in UI/UX visual design, texturing and icon development.
• Hands-on Unreal Engine 5 work: UMG, Slate and Material Editor.
• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Good English communication (B2+) for cross-functional work.

Responsabilidades

• Convert UX wireframes into refined, high-fidelity mockups and UI systems.
• Realize artwork in Unreal Editor including UMG and materials.
• Build unified design systems for menus, HUDs, icons, shaders and animation.
