Job summary

Citigroup seeks a Transaction Services Sr Supervisor to lead a medium unit within Transaction Capture Services. You will supervise daily workflows, drive process improvements, interpret data, and prepare reports to minimize bank risk while ensuring adherence to audit and control policies.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in related roles, fluent in Spanish and English, strong project management, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to coach junior staff in a fast-paced banking environment

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a related role.
• Subject Matter Expert in one or more skill sets.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong planning, organization and execution capability.
• Identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a medium Transactions Services unit and coordinate with Transaction Capture.
• Supervise daily workflows, solve issues, and improve processes.
• Evaluate team performance and manage personnel actions.
• Ensure task quality and perform information-based issue resolution.
• Contribute to trade life cycle improvements and change-the-bank initiatives.
• Coach and train new recruits; guide junior staff.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
