Citi Colombia is seeking a Transaction Services Analyst to maintain and process account and portfolio records across multiple countries for Citi's Treasury and Trade Services. You will execute daily account maintenance activities, including activations, status changes, and overdraft line reporting, across a range of banking products.

The role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, exposure to cross-border processes, and opportunities to build experience across

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency for reporting.
• Intermediate English for written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Citi banking products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Execute account maintenance tasks, including activations, status changes, and field adjustments on client accounts and basic records.
• Open and amend Letters of Credit, process payments, and resolve customer issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Create and maintain reporting on overdraft lines and other account-related data points.
• Set up basic records and portfolios within internal systems, supporting products across multiple countries.
• Analyze incoming data and processes to identify the right course of action when requests are unclear.
• Suggest and apply process improvements as a subject matter expert for your assigned products.
• Respond to requests from internal teams, external clients, and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency to protect Citi, its clients, and their assets.
