Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical recruitment (senior) or 3+ years (mid-level).
• Experience hiring across Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of tech stacks and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment from kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline via sourcing, networking and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to define specialized candidate profiles.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings for hard skills and culture fit.
• Act as a brand ambassador with an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks in IT, software engineering and SAP.
