BairesDev, a 15+-year tech leader, seeks an IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT opportunities. You’ll act as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, handling vetting, summaries, and candidate presentation end to end.

The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, with advanced English, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Advanced level of English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and fill openings, select candidates, meet deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline per parameters.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates.
• Communicate with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
