Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or project management for technical delivery.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Jira and dependency tracking.

Technical Program Manager (TPM) at BairesDev

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. You will act as the primary link across multiple teams to navigate dependencies and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical programs by defining project scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate across various engineering and product teams to manage inter-team collaboration and track complex dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and blockers to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet organizational goals.
• Communicate program progress and technical requirements effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Establish and implement standardized project management frameworks and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or project management for technical delivery.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects and technical delivery across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in using Jira and other project management methodologies for dependency tracking.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate technical requirements effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
