Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Engineering Management or as a Technical Lead.
• Proven expertise in hiring, performance management and people development.
• Strong technical background to lead teams and define strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving career development and performance.
• Define and execute technical strategies and architectural roadmaps for scalable solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery with high-quality standards and efficient resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering with long-term goals and delivery excellence.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment to build and scale high-performing teams.
