BairesDev, a leader in technology projects for over 15 years, seeks an Engineering Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will bridge strategy and execution to deliver complex programs remotely with global impact.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycles, refine roadmaps, manage risks, and communicate with executives. The role offers 100% remote work, flexible hours, and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy and ability to drive technical strategy at scale.
• Hands-on experience with cross-team coordination and program management frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs from planning to deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering units and stakeholders.
• Define and refine technical roadmaps aligned with long-term technology strategy.
• Implement and optimize program management frameworks to improve efficiency and velocity.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies affecting timelines and stability.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to executives and partners.
