Johnson & Johnson in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for MedTech Supply Chain – Americas. You will own full-cycle recruitment across the Americas, partnering with TA leaders and business partners to deliver talent strategies and strong pipelines.

The role requires at least 4 years in recruiting, English and Spanish fluency, and a collaborative, data-driven approach in an agile environment. Portuguese is a plus and NA experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Portuguese is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for MedTech Supply Chain across the Americas.
• Lead delivery, execution, and assessment of talent pipelines.
• Advise hiring leaders with insights from market data and network.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Promote agile, fast, and iterative recruiting processes.
• Leverage data and business metrics to guide hiring decisions.
• Partner with Talent Intelligence to develop sourcing plans.
• Engage with external talent communities and industry events.
• Collaborate across Operations and Risk teams and with LATAM partners.
