Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to guide a high-performing team in delivering end-to-end recruitment across the Americas. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to attract top talent, shape recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and six years of HR/Recruiting experience
• Minimum of six years in HR/Recruiting with at least 3 years in high-volume recruiting or talent sourcing
• Experience supporting recruitment activities in NA & LATAM strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative partnership with internal/external stakeholders
• Ability to lead a team and deliver end-to-end recruiting processes

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a high performing team of recruiters in end-to-end recruitment.
• Own the entire sourcing, recruiting, assessment, offer, onboarding, and communication processes.
• Influence hiring managers with effective recruiting strategies and expectations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build sustainable candidate pipelines.
• Translate business strategy into workforce planning and capability requirements.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to meet service standards.
