Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Innovative Medicine in Bogota, Colombia. You will own full-cycle recruitment for LATAM, lead delivery and assessment of talent, and build a strong candidate pipeline with external ambassadors.

You will collaborate with business partners, provide market insights, and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience across the LATAM region. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency recruiting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Portuguese intermediate is preferred.
• Experience delivering strategic market insights based on data.
• Translating market insights and organizational data to talent pipeline development.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic Recruiter/talent advisor with hiring leaders, providing recommendations and insights.
• Understand J&J's growth drivers and innovation pipeline.
• Represent the company as a trusted TA professional in the market.
• Drive an outstanding candidate experience and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Promote agile, fast recruiting approaches.
