ScotiaGBS in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking a senior leader to head Talent Acquisition, shaping how we attract, assess and hire diverse talent across technology, operations, customer experience and corporate functions.

The role partners with business leaders and HR, defines a regional talent strategy, builds strategic pipelines, and drives process improvements to deliver high-quality hires while ensuring an inclusive, scalable recruitment function.

Formación

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition functions in complex environments including Global Business Services or Shared Services.
• Experience building and managing talent pipelines for high-demand and specialized capabilities.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and implementing innovative Talent Acquisition practices.
• Experience designing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and growth initiatives.
• Proven track record leading leadership hiring processes for senior executives and stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging metrics, analytics, talent intelligence and market insights to inform talent strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement differentiated talent attraction strategies for critical talent segments across technology, operations, analytics, finance, and more.
• Build strategic pipelines to support evolving business priorities and workforce expansion.
• Drive standardization, scalability and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and tools, ensuring excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Lead leadership hiring and advise senior leaders on internal talent identification, succession alignment and external talent mapping.
• Generate and utilize Talent Acquisition analytics and market intelligence to guide decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
