Formación

• 2-4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our new Bogotá office, which we successfully launched just three months ago.

This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the key members of a growing international team and help shape the employee experience as we continue expanding our operations in Colombia.

In this role, you will lead recruitment initiatives while supporting onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and Learning & Development projects. You'll work closely with leadership to attract exceptional talent, improve internal processes, and foster a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Build relationships with universities and participate in career fairs and campus recruitment events.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Onboarding & Orientation

• Lead onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Introduce company policies, processes, systems, and culture.
• Ensure new hires have a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.

HR Administration

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Draft employment-related documents.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies.
• Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate salary processing.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions.
• Organize team-building activities, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
• Support a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

Performance Management & Learning

• Coordinate the quarterly performance review process.
• Support managers throughout the performance management cycle.Assist in developing Learning & Development initiatives.
• Help identify training needs and employee development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4+ years of experience in this field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives.
