Job summary

ASCERA, supporting SP6 and 112Cyber, seeks a Senior Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting across three entities. You’ll own AP, expenses, billing, and collections, and prepare month-end entries and reconciliations. This offshore role is on-site five days a week and aligns with US Eastern hours.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle accounting, US GAAP knowledge, and BC ERP experience, with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (AP, AR, billing, journal entries and reconciliations).
• Degree in accounting or finance.
• Solid grasp of US GAAP including accruals, prepaids and revenue recognition for software/services.
• Hands-on Business Central experience or similar ERP and advanced Excel.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany entries.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability during US Eastern business hours and reliable home setup if remote.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and expenses (~35%).
• Run billing, collections and close deals (~30%).
• Support revenue recognition and project billing (~15%).
• Close the books (~15%).
• Support payroll, commissions and tax (~5%).
