Job summary

Guardian Properties, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting for a multi-entity fund structure. You will handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and the month-end close, adapting QuickBooks for fund-level tracking and building robust Excel models to support allocations.

You will work with sensitive financial and investor information, support fund audits, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license preferred or active candidacy.
• Experience with multi-entity fund structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete monthly bank reconciliations across all entities.
• Record and review journal entries including accruals and adjustments.
• Manage transactional accounting for receipts, disbursements, and intercompany activity.
• Own the month-end close process with reconciliations and variance review.
• Process fund distributions and calculate management fees per governing documents.
• Maintain fund structures in QuickBooks with sub-accounts and classes.
