Slalom is seeking technologists at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level to drive AI/ML initiatives for clients in Colombia. You’ll design, build, and deliver AI solutions leveraging leading platforms, while staying current with the latest AI trends.

A COPNIA license is required for engineering roles in Colombia, with hybrid collaboration and in-office days each week. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape pricing, go-to-market plans, and partnerships to promote AI

Formación

• Strong consultative and communication skills.
• Fluency in AI/ML concepts and at least one major cloud.
• Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end AI/ML solution guidance from sales to delivery.
• Apply ML/DL techniques to build AI tools solving business problems.
• Assist design, development, and delivery of ML solutions (CV, NLP, recommender systems).
• Stay updated on AI/ML concepts and trends to inform solutions.
• Contribute to pricing, GTM plans, and partnerships for AI adoption.
• Mentor and grow the AI/ML community within Slalom.
