AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Barranquilla to design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns. You will turn experiments into production systems with strong focus on security, reliability, and auditability.

You will mentor engineers, build end-to-end agentic capabilities, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes at enterprise scale.

Formación

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Experience with Relational Databases.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and context management.
• Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, and review.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Establish standards for observability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new capabilities and push experiments to production.
• Deliver complete, usable products and avoid demos.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to connect capabilities to outcomes.
