AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to define an agentic-first approach, designing workflows that coordinate tools, services, data, and human approvals. You will build reusable patterns for agent orchestration and integration across development, testing, and operations.

The role emphasizes security, reliability, and auditability for enterprise customers, with mentorship to shape the engineering strategy and ensure concrete user outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency with Relational Databases.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, tool-using LLMs, or orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, vector search, agent evaluation, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ability to provide agents with clear context, constraints, and technical direction.
• Experience with TypeScript, Python, RESTful APIs, and AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
