AgileEngine seeks a Senior Software Engineer to shape an agentic-first approach. You will design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns for production systems across enterprise clients.

You will mentor engineers, set standards for security, observability, and reliability, and partner with leadership to translate needs into robust, scalable solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and React.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on with AI agents, tool-using LLMs, or orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, vector search, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong ability to review, test, secure, and improve agent-generated code.
• English at an upper-intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, tool use, context, and memory.
• Use AI coding agents across the development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, and review.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support, and operations.
• Set standards for evaluation, observability, reliability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and move experiments to production.
• Deliver complete products, not just demos or isolated integrations.
• Identify ways to improve engineering productivity and delivery with agentic development.
• Mentor engineers and help shape agentic-first strategy.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to connect agentic capabilities to outcomes.
• Design agentic apps around real user needs with clear experiences, permissions, and audit trails.
• Scale production by addressing performance, security, monitoring, and maintenance.
