AgileEngine in Colombia is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help define an agentic‑first approach to software development. You will design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns, turning successful experiments into production systems.

Strong judgment around security, reliability, and auditability matters for enterprise customers. You will design agentic applications, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to connect

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and React.
• Experience with Relational Databases.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool-using LLM apps, or orchestrated workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
• Apply AI coding agents across planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and scale successful experiments.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first technical strategy.
