Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Senior Social Strategist with a strong understanding of the social media landscape and a technically driven, organized approach. The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms and a solid discipline for strategy that drives account operations.

You will join a global team of over 5,000 employees, emphasizing digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the broader social ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or relevant field.
• English Level C1.
• 3–4+ years of experience managing social media advertising campaigns across two or more platforms (Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Advanced social media campaign management/optimization knowledge.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical and teamwork skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage administration of social campaigns including activation, maintenance, and post-buy recaps, aligned with planning needs and objectives.
• Analyze & recommend budget allocations for strategic media plans; target geography, scheduling, and spend; communicate guidelines to media buyers.
• Ensure deliverables are provided to clients within established timeframes and meet requirements.
• Maintain timely, clear communication between PGD and the Agency with best practices.
• Foster a healthy team environment with one-to-one sessions and team-building activities.
• Support the team during issues, guiding next steps with immediate, accurate solutions.
• Ensure tools and resources are available to keep operations at high standards.
