Publicis Global Delivery in Bogotá seeks a Senior Social Analyst to help our global clients succeed by running and optimizing social campaigns and guiding team members to improve their technical goals.

The ideal candidate demonstrates independence, a focus on quality, and a drive to grow within Publicis Global Delivery’s 5,000+ strong, international workforce, collaborating across agencies in the US and Europe.

Formación

• Advance expertise in two or more social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Reddit or Sprinklr.
• Strong communication skills and result orientation with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of the digital branding or performance campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with US or Europe agencies to activate, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns for global clients.
• Identify client growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens.
• Assist in Social and Digital Media training sessions and grow with the team.
• Oversee development, rollout, and adherence to social media best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Provide recommendations and optimization strategies aligned with client objectives.
