DXC Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with strong consulting, technical leadership, and solution architecture capabilities to join our LATAM team. The role blends hands-on Platform work with leadership, guiding implementations and mentoring delivery teams.

The consultant will lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, spanning ITSM, ITOM, Observability, and integrations, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to align solutions with industry best practices.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting and implementation experience.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) – mandatory.
• Experience leading technical implementation and support teams.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow Observability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical teams responsible for ServiceNow implementations and support services.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance throughout project lifecycles.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and solution architecture.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset).
• Implement and support ITOM with emphasis on Observability.
• Develop integrations with REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers.
• Design and enhance ServiceNow portals and digital experiences.
• Support CMDB governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Participate in presales activities and proposal support.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies.
