DXC Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant specialized in Asset Management and AI (Now Assist) to join our Managed Services team in a primarily ITSM-focused environment. The role involves implementing HAM/SAM, workflow automation, and ensuring tight integration with CMDB, ITOM, and ERP systems.

You will work with a US-based client, requiring strong communication and full English fluency, and contribute to continuous improvement and roadmap evolution within a managed services model.

Formación

• 5–7 years IT experience with strong ServiceNow background.
• 3+ years hands-on Asset Management (HAM/SAM).
• Experience in Managed Services environments (ITSM-focused).
• CSA certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB data model, governance, and ITOM.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end Asset Management solutions across lifecycle.
• Configure HAM/SAM, Asset Workspace, and related workflows.
• Leverage Now Assist and AI capabilities for automation and productivity.
• Coordinate with US-based stakeholders on requirements and solution architecture.
• Ensure integration between Asset Management, ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM and support discovery and data governance.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for asset visibility and cost optimization.
