Slalom is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IT Service Management Technical Consultant in Colombia. You will be hands-on with ITSM implementations, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management, delivering from requirements to working configurations.

This techno-functional role emphasizes architecture, integration, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring delivery excellence and platform health across projects.

Formación

• Experience in configuring and delivering ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into epics and user stories.
• Solid background in incident/problem/change/request management and knowledge management.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders from technical and business sides.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM solutions across modules.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Create technical design artifacts and data models.
• Manage delivery backlog, estimate effort, and ensure sprint commitments.
• Support testing, deployment readiness, and hypercare.
