We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant to lead configuration, development, and integration on ITSM engagements, translating business requirements into working platform solutions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Formación

3+ years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
Experience delivering ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
Ability to translate requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM solutions including incident, major incident, problem management and knowledge management.
Build catalog items, record producers, and flow-driven fulfillment.
Design integrations between ServiceNow and adjacent enterprise systems using REST and SOAP.
Own technical design artifacts and participate in discovery/workshops to gather requirements.
