Job summary

DXC Technology Morocco is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant focused on Asset Management (HAM/SAM) and AI initiatives to join our Managed Services team. You will design end-to-end Asset Management solutions, configure HAM/SAM, CMDB, ITOM, and integrate with ERP systems, while supporting a US-based client in English.

You will collaborate across agile teams, drive continuous improvement, and leverage Now Assist capabilities to enable automation and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of IT experience with ServiceNow background.
• 3+ years hands-on Asset Management (HAM/SAM).
• Experience in Managed Services environments (ITSM-focused).
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Asset Management across the full lifecycle.
• Configure HAM/SAM, CMDB data model, and ITOM integrations.
• Develop integrations with ERP, procurement, and discovery tools.
• Create workflows with Flow Designer and automation best practices.
• Build dashboards and KPIs for asset visibility, compliance and cost.
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders in Agile ceremonies.
