Job summary

Talent Works is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end delivery across high-volume and strategic hiring for global clients in Madrid. You’ll partner with hiring managers, candidate teams and sourcing specialists to meet KPIs while delivering expert guidance throughout the recruitment journey.

You’ll mentor junior colleagues, influence recruitment strategy and use market insights to help clients make data-led hiring decisions, building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Ability to build client relationships and provide high-level guidance
• Excellent CV screening and interview-design skills
• Creative sourcing and resourcing strategies
• Experience producing accurate management reports and using data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across high-volume and strategic roles
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Screen CVs, interview candidates and design assessments
• Create innovative resourcing strategies using market data
• Deliver accurate management information to guide decisions
• Maintain positive candidate experience from application to start date
• Lead stakeholder update calls and report progress against KPIs
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across accounts
